Today I wanna tell you about this modern city wi†ch. She ain’t no mystical creature or some sloppy village granny. She ain’t boiling soup with frog hearts and ain’t participating in no shindigs. And you know what? It ain’t even about believing in supernatural powers.
She lives a pretty normal life: goes to work, listens to podcasts, pays for Netflix subscription. But at the same time, she’s into some secret practices. Tarot cards, runes, moon phases, numbers, chains and rings — that’s all her thing, and our witch won’t leave the house without checking what’s waiting for her that day. And of course, her cat is black.
She doesn’t just pick her clothes for no reason, oh no. She keeps up with the trends, and right now the mystic game is on trend. Colors, styles, textures, accessories — those are her amulets, talismans, and fetishes. A knowledgeable person will always understand what’s on the witch’s mind just by looking at her outfit.
Of course, it’s all just a game — after all, the witch lives in the city, has a higher education, and maybe even a credit. But belief is also a part of it. A little bit. Or is it not?
